What when how where  ?

What is it ?

It's a special effects light-show, inspired be the Flower Power generation of the psychedelic era (shows and gigs by pop groups like JEFFERSON AIRPLANE, VANILLA FUDGE and PINK FLOYD, among many others).

Between two glass plates a liquid universe is created, made by colors, shapes and movements: this universe is analogically projected on a screen.

When did it start ?

The first trials were made in the prehistorical period, which means at the end of the sixties; many rock concerts in the seventies, and then travelling (with my material in my back-pack...) then evolution and improvements of the technique with different types of colors and supports. No activities in the eighties and then ....

...in 1973

...rediscovery and public as well as private presentations !

Glacial Weather (1994)

The fascinating aspect of the show resides in the smooth continuity of the moving images, a kind of liquid mobility lleading the watchers to a "gliding" universe.

Rythms and color adding can be synchronised to the music.

Cosmic landscapes, hallucinating ghosts, colored volutes, multicolored webs of pipes leading to sunset skies, vegetation in full vitality, arrival of alliens, white bubbles in chromatic oceans, colored delirium and rainbows: it is a true liquid fireworks captivating the onlookers.

Visitor's comment at the exhibition "PSYCHÉDÉLIE" in Avry-Bourg (1994):

« - in a world where everything goes very fast, the artist leads us in the melody's rythms, of moving bubbles and fascinating colors; one takes the time to breathe while escaping beyond the imaginary
Congratulations for the re-invention of a technique where simplicity dominates with a remarkable result.»
